Move-In & Transition Crews for Senior-Living Communities in DFW

Move-in day sets the tone for a resident's whole stay — and it usually lands on your staff. American Outlaw Logistics gives Fort Worth-area communities a moving crew they can text: uniformed, insured, background-checked, and briefed on the difference between moving furniture and moving furniture around residents.

What we handle inside your community

Resident move-ins

We meet the family at the curb, unload their vehicles or POD, place furniture where the resident wants it (then move it again when they change their mind — that's part of the job), hang the photos, break down the boxes, and leave the room livable the same day.

Room & unit transfers

Level-of-care transitions shouldn't take three days of hallway clutter. We move residents between rooms, floors or buildings on the same campus in hours, with special care around mobility equipment and the resident's sense of order — things set up in the new room the way they were in the old one.

Downsizing & packing support

Patient packing with the resident and family in the room, not around them. Labeled, photographed and inventoried, so what goes to the new apartment, to family, and to donation is decided once — not re-argued at the loading dock.

Community projects

Furniture rotation, model-unit and respite-room setup, storage cleanouts, seasonal event setup and teardown. The recurring odd jobs that eat your maintenance team's week.

On-campus and across town

Most of what communities need from us happens inside your buildings — and that's where we live. When a resident's belongings need to travel across town, we handle the transition end to end: packed and loaded at one address, unloaded and set up at the other, with your staff keeping one point of contact throughout.

Built for how communities actually run

Certificate of insurance to your specs before we're on site. Background-checked, uniformed crews — same faces on repeat visits wherever we can manage it. Scheduling around meal times, activities and quiet hours; evenings and weekends included. One text to book, and a crew lead's direct number on move day. After the job, a walkthrough with your staff, not a disappearing act.

Questions communities ask us

Are you insured, and can we get a COI naming the community?

Yes and yes — before the first job, not after.

Can you handle same-week room transfers?

Usually same-week; often within 48 hours. Text 817-475-1815.

Do you move residents between different facilities?

Yes — within buildings, across campuses, and between facilities across town. Tell us the two addresses and the date, and we'll bring the plan.

What do you charge?

Hourly crew rates in the vendor packet — no per-item surprises, no minimum-visit games for recurring partners.

Who shows up?

Our own crew, not day labor. Uniformed, background-checked, briefed on your community's rules before they walk in.

Moving a parent into senior living?

For families: we know this week is heavier than the furniture. We'll pack the house patiently, get everything where it's going, and have Mom's new apartment feeling like hers — pictures hung, bed made — before dinner. Call or text 817-475-1815 and tell us the move-in date; we'll work backward from there.

So comforting to find friendly, knowledgeable business people to support you with your move.
